Added new option to search for external content
USER EXPERIENCE
In this version, the option of using two mailboxes in the Activity Center has been added: one priority and one non-priority mailbox. This new feature is intended to provide greater flexibility when notifying users and to manage more efficiently the categories, events and alerts they will see.
One of the new features is the organization of notifications. It will now be possible to create categories containing events. This allows notifications to be grouped more efficiently to show them to the user according to their relevance, since when opening the notifications panel it will be possible to filter by category.
It also improves the management of external notifications, allowing you to control how each one is displayed independently.
As for the two types of mailboxes, on the one hand there is the non-priority mailbox, which has the same behavior as the current Activity Center. The only thing is that now it will not show the number of notifications pending to be read, but a dot will appear when the user has pending notifications.
On the other hand, the priority mailbox, which is not activated by default, but can contain any type of notification. In this case, the user will be notified by the number of pending notifications.

Improves accessibility for users with diverse abilities

As part of our commitment to making our platform more inclusive, which has led to the implementation of several enhancements designed to better support users of all abilities, we are making significant accessibility improvements in our latest product update.
In this release, improvements have been made to the Search feature, including cards, pagination and filters, as well as other general areas of the product.

Collecting data on how the Intranet is used has improved
USER EXPERIENCE
As part of our commitment to improve the statistics that can be obtained from the use of the Intranet, we have added the possibility of knowing the most used components in the Dashboard, such as cards or views.
Thanks to this enhancement, administrators will be able to know, for example, if the architecture of the information used in the menu is correct.

Search behavior has been improved when using the community scope

In case a user uses the Search for the community scope, the behavior has been improved by hiding the people section and the filter by community, so that the user only receives the information that is important to him.

No information appears in the social bar of the message

Sometimes when you open a news item, the social bar does not appear. This is because the content was not saved correctly in the database. A fix has been added so that when this happens, the content is restored and users no longer see this unwanted behavior.

USER PROFILE
Synchronization of user profiles has been improved
IMPORTANT
For the correct functioning of Audiences, we have the possibility to synchronize the user profiles from an external system. In this case, this external system is the one that contains the correct information about each user. For this reason, a correction has been made in the product to prevent the user information from being unintentionally overwritten by a system other than the external one.
