New Event for Content Approval in SharePoint

ADAPTIVE MAINTENANCE

To enhance integration with SharePoint’s built-in content approval features for lists and document libraries, a new event has been introduced in the Activity Center.
This event ensures that approvers are promptly notified whenever there are documents awaiting review, helping to strengthen content governance.
Going forward, approvers will receive a notification with direct access to the relevant library view, allowing them to efficiently manage pending approval requests.

Correction of links in the community menu

FIXING

An issue in the community menu has been resolved where clicking on an item configured as a label would open a blank page.
These items no longer redirect to any page, as their purpose is solely to display text. This fix ensures the menu behaves as expected, improving the overall user experience.

Support for Folders with Special Characters

FIXING

An issue has been fixed that prevented contributors from uploading documents to folders with special characters in their names when using the product form.
With this update, contributors can now upload documents to any folder in the library, regardless of the characters used in the folder name.
