How to share content?
The first interaction that Syntphony allows is to share published content with other users in a number of different ways:
- Sharing the link
- Sharing the content via email
- Sharing an update
- Sharing a notification to specific users
To share the content, you must click on the three dots button shown on the content you want to disseminate and select from the menu that appears the option “Share”.
This will show the following panel on the right hand side of the screen
Share by link
Clicking on the “Copy link” button automatically copies the url of the content to the clipboard. Once you have copied the URL you can use it wherever you want.
Share by mail
Clicking on the “Share by email” button opens a pop-up window where you can define the senders and the message you want to send to them.
Once both fields are filled in, the users specified in the “notify to” field will receive an email.
Share an update
This option allows you to share a content update with the rest of the users. This notification will be displayed as an announcement in a webpart control panel.
In the “Add comments” field you can add comments to the notification.
Notify to
By clicking on the “Notify to” button you can send a notification to specific users.
The notification will appear in the activity centre of the users you have indicated in the “notify to” field.
