Fixings
APPLICATIONS
Applications continue to appear in the Applications panel even after they have been deleted
FIXING
An error prevented users from deleting apps from the Applications panel. This issue has now been resolved, allowing users to manage the panel as they wish.
DASHBOARD
The dates in the Dashboard have been corrected
FIXING
Previously, the Dashboard did not take the site’s regional settings into account when processing certain dates. As a result, users did not see the dates in the correct format. This issue has now been resolved. Users will now see dates in the appropriate format.
The Dashboard contents are not displayed correctly on mobile devices
FIXING
Users cannot view the news in the “Hero” layout when accessing the site from a mobile device. This issue has now been resolved to ensure consistency across all screen sizes.
QUICK LINKS WEBPART
The Quick Links webpart fails when more than 20 security groups are configured
FIXING
Previously, the webpart would fail due to a Microsoft Graph API limitation when permissions were configured with more than 20 security groups. However, the webpart’s functionality has been modified so that contributors are no longer limited in the number of security groups that can be used in this configuration.
SEARCH
Viewing of PPSX files has been enabled
FIXING
The issue that caused these files to be displayed incorrectly when opened via the Dashboard or Search functionality has been resolved. Users can now view the contents of the document as they would in the desktop application.
External content is not displayed correctly in the “All” vertical
FIXING
If your configuration includes both internal and external results, custom external properties will not be retrieved in this section. This is a limitation of the design of the Microsoft Graph API. However, we have modified the behavior to address this issue, meaning users will now see the content correctly.
The default query text was not included in the external verticals.
FIXING
When a default query is configured for external items in the vertical configuration, this is ignored, meaning that users do not see the intended results. This error has now been fixed and users can see the correct results.
Initial pagination of external verticals redirects to the “All” vertical.
FIXING
Previously, when users attempted to paginate external verticals, they were also redirected to the “All” vertical, which resulted in undesirable behavior. This bug has now been fixed, enabling users to paginate results correctly. This behavior also occurred in the mobile view.
SOCIAL
An error occurred while retrieving favorites
FIXING
Due to an internal error, users cannot see all their favorite content in the Favorites panel. The issue has been resolved, and users can now view all their content.
