How to configure feedback types?

The administrator can activate the feedback and manage the creation of types (create, modify or delete) going to:

Syntphony settings > This tenant > Feedback

Manage feedback

Create new type

To create a new type of feedback the administrator must click on the + icon.

Create feedback type

  • Name: This field allows you to indicate the name of the feedback type.
  • Description: This field allows you to indicate the description of the type of feedback.
  • Notify creator: With this selector you can indicate whether it is mandatory or not to notify the feedback to the content creator.
  • Notify community owners: With this selector you can indicate whether it is mandatory or not to notify the feedback to the community owners.
  • Notify specific users: With this text field you can indicate the specific users who should receive the notifications of the new type of feedback.

Edit existing type

To edit an existing feedback type, the administrator must click on the pencil icon next to the corresponding feedback type.

A panel will appear on the right side of the screen, with a form, just like the creation form, to edit the required field.

Remove existing type

To delete a feedback type, the administrator must click on the bin icon associated with the corresponding feedback type.

Remove feedback type

It is necessary to confirm the deletion process in the pop-up window that appears.
