USER EXPERIENCE

This release includes caching improvements to Application Launcher, resulting in a better performance experience. After the user’s first daily access, the results are cached, making the information load faster. We have also added the option to clear the cache for all users from the configuration to make them more accessible.

Accessibility improvements in product

USER EXPERIENCE

We are working to improve the accessibility of the various product components. In this release we have added the ability to add alternative text to the Text and Image fields in the dynamic cards. We have also improved the title and description of the web parts.

General User Experience Improvements

USER EXPERIENCE

As part of improving the user experience, we have made improvements to the styles of the product components. For example, we have changed the way we manage the background color of webparts and fixed styles that were not being applied correctly to the layout of cards. We also fixed the double scrolling that was occurring in some forms. We have also improved the usability of several components, such as the search function in the people finder.

General User Experience Improvements

IMPORTANT

When creating content from the product forms, the lookup field would sometimes not work, preventing contributors from associating items with the content. The component has been fixed so that this unwanted error does not occur and content can be created correctly.

Visual optimization of the Search components

USER EXPERIENCE

As part of our user experience update, we have made improvements to the search components. Now, when applying filters in the search engine, the page does not reload completely. We also fixed an issue where some search boxes were displaying the text “null” instead of being empty. We have also adjusted the dashboard filters to avoid duplicates and disappearances when applying them. These improvements will ensure that users do not experience unwanted behavior.

This release introduces performance improvements to the caching strategy, resulting in an improved user experience. Users can now access content more smoothly and with faster load times.

Improvements have been made to the behavior of suggestions

USER EXPERIENCE

An unwanted behavior that caused the suggestion list to disappear has been fixed. In addition, the double redirect to the search page when you have a custom URL in your search settings has also been fixed. This provides a more positive user experience when using the search engine.

Correction of Dashboard pagination

IMPORTANT

We have fixed an unexpected issue with the Dashboard pagination. As a result, users will now see the results they requested correctly. This fix is critical to ensure an optimal user experience when using the search engine.

Forward publishing enabled in communities

IMPORTANT

The way to enable forward publishing in communities has been changed because in some cases it was not being enabled correctly. This improvement allows for more efficient management of community features to community owners.

Retrieving permissions from the community header

IMPORTANT

A fix has been implemented to retrieve permissions in the community header. Now only the owners of the community will be able to see the configuration options in the header. This improvement provides a more controlled and specific experience for users.
