News Summary

The News Summary component is designed to display a brief overview of the content or community where the news item is located. This summary card typically includes the name, description, and tags associated with the content.
Like other cards, the News Summary card is configured using the card designer schema, allowing for customization. Although it is primarily intended for use in a vertical section, it can be placed in other layouts if desired, though this is not recommended for optimal presentation.
Additionally, like other Syntphony webparts, it includes basic configuration fields such as:
Title and Description: Grant a title and a brief description that complements the information. This option supports multilingual content.
Look and feel
In this section, you easily can:
- Change the font size of the title and description.
- Modify the background color of the web part, toolbar, title, and description.
Audience targeting
In this section, you can decide if you want to use audience targeting. If you choose this option, the web part will only show up for people who are part of the selected groups. To pick these groups, a menu will appear, and you can select which audience(s) should see this web part.
