New option to select the default search scope

In this release, we have added an option to select the default search scope, giving platform administrators more flexibility to decide if they want to search content at the level of the whole organization or by the community in which the user is located.
This can be configured in the Search Configuration within the Syntphony Settings.

Collecting data on how the Intranet is used has improved
USER EXPERIENCE
As part of our commitment to improve the statistics that can be obtained from the use of the Intranet, we have added the possibility of knowing the most used applications in the Application Launcher, the Main Menu and the User Profile Menu.
Thanks to this enhancement, administrators will be able to know, for example, if the architecture of the information used in the menu is correct.

We have added an enhancement that updates the cache every time an application is created or modified. This ensures that users always see the latest version of all applications..
COMMUNITIES
Updated titles and descriptions in multiple languages
USER EXPERIENCE
This release includes a change to the management of titles and descriptions for multi-language enabled sites. All available languages that do not have a pre-assigned value will now be updated when the title and/or description is submitted on the product form.
This means that users will see the title and description in their language if it exists. If it does not exist, it will be displayed in the default language of the community. The experience is therefore customized for each user.
Allow GIFs in the community header

In this release we have added the ability to add GIFs to the community header. This gives owners more flexibility to display dynamic content to users.

Fix for forward publishing news items

When an editor tried to forward publish a news item, it would not be scheduled correctly, resulting in the content not appearing on the Dashboards when the editor wanted it to. We have fixed this behavior so that editors will now get the desired behavior when scheduling news.

As part of improving the user experience, we have made improvements to the style and usability of product components.
For example, we have changed the way buttons are displayed in the ribbon and some unnecessary spaces in the cards within the dashboard. We have also improved the usability of some components when configuring features and applying audiences in the Dashboard tabs.
