Improves accessibility for users with diverse abilities

USER EXPERIENCE

As part of our commitment to making our platform more inclusive, which has led to the implementation of several enhancements designed to better support users of all abilities, we are making significant accessibility improvements in our latest product update.
This release includes improvements to social information, such as the feedback and share panels. The Suggestions results have been enhanced, featuring improved tab navigation and various other upgrades. Other general areas of the product have been improved as well.

Improvements in social bar

USER EXPERIENCE

This version includes an improvement that allows you to configure the social bar of the News add-ons. Now, administrators can change the main action displayed to users and select between “Bookmarks” and “Favorites.” The unselected option will be hidden behind the three dots on the social bar. This gives administrators greater flexibility to prioritize the most appropriate action for the add-on’s needs.

Improvements in social sorting

USER EXPERIENCE

This release includes performance enhancements to the social feature and an improved caching strategy, resulting in better performance. These improvements enhance the social sorting on the Dashboard, allowing users to navigate more fluidly and access information with faster load times.

Fixed an issue that occurred when a contributor attempted to create a new community.

DASHBOARD

Hero cards do not display correctly for videos

FIXING

This fix improves the user experience for Hero cards by ensuring that Dashboard content with videos is displayed correctly. The content now respects the height of the card by adjusting the size of the video player.

SEARCH

An error occurred while creating custom filters in the settings

FIXING

An administrator received an error when trying to add a new custom filter to a vertical. The problem has since been resolved, and the administrator can now configure the vertical as desired.
