Feedback
Syntphony offers by default a feedback tool. With this tool you can send the administrators information and feedback about the content.
How to give feedback about content?
In order to give feedback on a content you must follow the following steps:
Click on the three dots icon
Click on the “feedback” option
Select the feedback type you want to send in the pop-up window that appears.
If you consider it necessary, you can add a comment with additional information in the text field provided.
Click on the send button
Once the feedback has been sent, the users indicated in the configuration will receive a notification.
You can access this information through their user profile in the Manage Your Feedback section.
There, you will find a list of pending feedback items. You will be able to view the following details:
- Reviewed content: The material or item for which feedback was provided.
- Feedback type: The category or nature of the feedback created by the admin.
- Submitted feedback: The specific comment or input provided. Once the feedback has been reviewed, users can mark it as completed to indicate that the task has been addressed.
