In its aim to integrate different social interactions into the platform, there is a follow function. The user can follow people, communities and content so as not to miss any updates.

How to follow a person?

To follow a person you must do it through the search engine. Once you have searched for the user’s name and the platform shows you their card, you must click on the icon of a person with a plus symbol.

You can also click on the user’s name on the card to access their profile and follow them via the follow button in the top right corner of their profile.

How to follow a community?

To follow a community, you must search for its name in the search engine. Once the search engine shows you all the results you can follow the community by clicking on the follow button on their card.

Moreover, if you visit the community, you can do the same process from the button that appears in the header.

How to follow a content?

Finally, you can follow a content from any of its visualisations. If you are viewing a content in card format, you can follow it by clicking on the menu that appears with a three dots icon and clicking on the follow option.

Clicking on the card will display a pop-up window with the content on the right side of the screen. The menu with the three dots icon will appear in the bottom right hand corner of the window and you can click on the follow option.
