Rewards Webpart

Overview
The Rewards webpart showcases available loyalty program rewards that users can redeem with their accumulated points. This component serves as a powerful motivation tool by displaying tangible benefits users can achieve through platform engagement.
How It Works
The webpart displays rewards based on user point balance:
- Available rewards: Show “Redeem” button for rewards within user’s point range
- Unavailable rewards: Progress bars and status indicators guide user understanding how close they are to unlocking specific rewards
Redeem process
When a user clicks the “Redeem” button for an available reward, the following occurs:
- A confirmation dialog appears to ensure the user wants to proceed with the redemption.
- Upon confirmation, the required points are deducted from the user’s balance.
- The reward is marked as redeemed, and a success modal is displayed.
User Scenarios
Rewards available
In this example, there are rewards available for the user to redeem. The webpart displays the list of rewards, along with the required points for each reward.
No rewards available
In this example, there are no rewards available for the user to redeem. The webpart displays a message encouraging the user to earn more points to unlock rewards.
