Syntphony Release Note | v1.19.0

Launched on 24 April 2026

New in this version

.NET FRAMEWORK

Update microservices to .NET 10

ADAPTIVE MAINTENANCE

The product’s microservices have been upgraded to .NET 10 to improve overall performance, stability, and future compatibility. This version is supported by Microsoft until November 2028, ensuring the platform remains aligned with the latest technology standards and long-term support roadmap.

ACCESSIBILITY

Accessibility improvements across the platform

ADAPTIVE MAINTENANCE

Several accessibility enhancements have been introduced in key areas of the product, including the User Profile menu, Community headers, Activity Center, and App Launcher. These improvements make the product more inclusive and easier to use for everyone, ensuring a better experience for users who rely on assistive technologies.

Improvements

Performance improvements in the Search feature

IMPROVEMENT

In this update, the Search engine has been optimized to better handle scenarios with high concurrent user activity, such as peak usage times when many users access the platform simultaneously. The improvements include smarter caching, better error handling, and controlled request queuing to prevent service disruptions. In situations where the system is under heavy load, users will now receive partial results instead of errors, ensuring the Search experience remains responsive and reliable at all times

Fixings

ACTIVITY CENTER

Notifications with multiple documents now marked as read correctly

FIXING

Notifications that include multiple documents are now correctly marked as read. Previously, this type of notification remained flagged as unread even after the user had reviewed it, causing confusion and an inaccurate unread count. With this fix, users can rely on the unread counter to accurately reflect the notifications still pending their attention.

Improved resilience when processing notifications

FIXING

A fallback mechanism has been added to the notification processing flow to improve reliability. This ensures that notifications continue to be delivered and handled correctly even in unexpected scenarios, providing a more robust experience for users.

ADDONS

Text fields in Addon forms now limited to 255 characters

FIXING

Text fields in Addon forms are now limited to 255 characters, aligning the form behavior with the underlying platform’s capacity. This prevents save errors when users entered longer text values, ensuring a smoother and more reliable form submission experience.

APPLICATIONS

Applications opened from the App Launcher are now tracked in Analytics

FIXING

Applications opened from the App Launcher are now correctly registered as viewed in Analytics. Previously, when a user launched an external application from the App Launcher, the view was not being tracked, leading to incomplete usage data. With this fix, application usage is now accurately reflected in Analytics, giving administrators reliable insights into how users interact with their applications.

SEARCH

OpenForm action now works from search result cards

FIXING

The OpenForm action can now be used from the cards displayed in the search results. Previously, this action was not working from search result cards, which prevented users from opening forms directly from their search. With this fix, users can once again trigger forms straight from the results, making the search experience more seamless and productive.
